Logging In

This section covers how to access the FashionUnited Dashboard, create an account, and manage your password.

Accessing the Dashboard

The FashionUnited Dashboard is available at dashboard.fashionunited.com. You need an account to access any dashboard features.

Creating an account

There are three ways to register for a FashionUnited Dashboard account.

Register with email

1. Go to dashboard.fashionunited.com/register.
2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
3. Choose a password.
4. Click Register.
5. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Register with Google

1. On the registration page, click Sign up with Google.
2. Select your Google account from the browser prompt.
3. Grant the requested permissions.
4. You are registered and logged in immediately.

Register with LinkedIn

1. On the registration page, click Sign up with LinkedIn.
2. Log in to LinkedIn if prompted.
3. Authorize FashionUnited to access your profile.
4. You are registered and logged in immediately.

Logging in

Email and password login

1. Go to dashboard.fashionunited.com.
2. Enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click Log in.

Social login (Google / LinkedIn)

If you registered with Google or LinkedIn, click the corresponding button on the login page and follow the authentication prompt. You do not need to enter a password.

Resetting your password

Requesting a password reset

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Click Send reset email.
5. Check your inbox for the reset email.

Setting a new password

1. Open the password reset email from FashionUnited.
2. Click the reset link in the email.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
4. Click Save password.
5. You are redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.

Setting your initial password

If you received an invitation link to join FashionUnited, your account is already created. To set your password:

1. Click the link in your invitation email.
2. Choose a password and confirm it.
3. Click Set password.

You can now log in with your email and this password.

Logging out

To log out, open the user menu in the dashboard and click Log out. This ends your session and returns you to the login page.

Editing your user profile

After logging in, you can update your personal profile information — name, contact details, and preferences — from the user profile page. Look for your name or avatar in the top navigation (top right) to access profile settings.

Troubleshooting login issues

• “Invalid credentials” error — Double-check your email and password. Username and passwords are case-sensitive.
• Not receiving the reset email — Check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from FashionUnited.
• Social login not working — Make sure you originally registered with that social provider.
